Well, nobody has explicitly mentioned it yet, and most of the thread is hilariously off-topic,
but the skill you are looking to learn is called vocal coaching, a practical approach to building a voice that's confident, assertive, and "loud" for an audience. It is usually a part of effective communication.

Most PR professionals and celebrities go through it, and it specifically focuses on pronunciation, phonetics, body language, and the most overlooked enunciation. Language is not what is holding you back, but your way of speaking is.

I am a polyglot, and I speak 8 languages. I was the same as you until I started learning my 5th language. I had mastery over the languages but I sucked at talking with people in general regardless of the languages. My public speaking skills to an audience were lackluster and bland like I was reading through a book. Vocal Coaching helped me a lot.

I would suggest you start watching speeches, debates, and political/court hearings on YouTube to observe how these people carry their voices. TED talks, Oxford Debates, and Rajya Sabha streams are a good place to start.
Secondly, start reading to increase your vocabulary. Read books that challenge your vocabulary and force you to look for a dictionary.

And lastly, in terms of actual vocal coaching, the easiest entry point without breaking the bank would be Stage Academy by Vin Giang, a personal recommendation. Go over his free stuff on the internet first, and try to practice them. See if you can understand the points he is explaining.

I studied in Lucknow, so going to Kavi/Sufi get-togethers was a big help to me too. Find something similar in your niche to talk with and connect with people.

I was exposed early to public speaking, considering my father is a professional speaker who has spent 20+ years doing public speaking; so feel free to ask any more questions if you have any.

Will definitely look at them when I'm home.

Not sure if I have a niche, I only like games and sci-fi movies.

Thanks for the links, I will try at least spending 30-60mins everyday working on it.

Well many have accused of this going off topic. But after going through it stll boils down to following.

1) You need to meet people converse .It helps in building your confidence in public speaking.

2) Ability to show/have emotions will automatically give you expressions a tone in your voice .If you have a very boring day your tone remains boring.

You can always go through Graham Norton Show his manner of expression movement .Hell watch all of Ian McKellen's appearances on the show. His stories his body language and how fun he has.

3)Having clear pronunciation ,enunciation and articulation .This definitely can be practised and even perfected .Pickup any of the conversation of a video / conversation/ scene of your choice.Re enact ,record and get it reviewed by closed ones .Debates are very tricky .Most of the time people loose the art of conversation in the pursuit of proving a point and things go downwards.

As nawab said rajya sabha and loksbha telecast is classic example.

Our FM whenever transitions to hindi .People seem to dislike her maybe due to the policy but the tone and facial expressions during the speech further aggravates the conversation.

With LOP ,when he tries to be dynamic speaker looses the plot or messes up the plot or speaks something foolish.

Even the PM ,due to pronounciation issue with non native language/ words makes mistakes "Donaald".

Personally if one can enunciate well the articulation and pronunciation will automatically fall in place.

4) Last but not the least.Control over breath/talking timely pauses is must .If this is not in check all of the above training/practise goes for a toss.

I watched one interview of him some time ago where he was with charles and hugh jackman, and it was quite fun. Will surely watch a few more.

I know, that's why whenever hear i hear a word that sound tough in a movie or series i try to pronounce it again and again with different emotions .
Well i'm still stuck at one part " it at that" wherever there is these three together in one line i kind of get stuck.
"Let's leave it at that." , Seems pretty easy but my tongue gets stiff while saying this line, and man i have tried a 100 times still can't get it right.

Yeah, whenever i have some lengthy sentence to say, i kind of forget the pause and then i have to take pause to catch my breath where it's unnecessary.

I figured it will be hard to speak loud when i'm home, so when on my way home on my bike, i started to speak loudly whatever i was thinking, A conversation with my imaginary self. . I was wearing helmet so i could speak quite loud without worrying about someone hearing me. and in 10 -15 mins of that conversation i barely made any errors. Probably because my vocabulary is pretty average no fancy/ hard words. So i will focus on learning new word too and use them in my conversations.

Please give your advice how you guys manage it. And how can I learn the English accent.

I'm a very impressionable person, so this may not work for you if you haven't noticed that you pickup the mannerisms of others if you spend time with them.

When I used to binge watch Top Gear many years ago, I started speaking/writing as if I was a Britisher and it took a while to change back.

Similarly when I read Sherlock Holmes cover to cover, I ended up using Holmesian language in my speech and messages.

Basically, the only way is immersion and consistent immersion. A few hundred hours of it. Be warned though, it's not you. It's just a version of you that may or may not grow out of or dislike later on in life.

There is always the Maori Haka technique to build ones confidence.

For example in parliament in NZ
Just watched it, I get it was to intimidate the opposition but why was it necessary in the parliament, Now I'm curious , What's the context.

That has already happened. I started watching English Movies, Dubbed Anime. when I was around 15-16, before that it was just desi cartoon and movies, after a couple of year I noticed the voice in my head has changed,
1st It's in English now, sometimes I have to force myself to think in Hindi coz I don't the English word for what I was thinking.
2nd After watching so many characters, the struggle the evil and the goodness , The way I perceive think changed.
3rd The voice in head sounds mature unlike me. It's calm ( I still remember, in 12th class when i was talking to myself there was a lot swearing and just random shit ).

What matters most is the version of you that makes you feel better. And I'm working on that version.

Objection to the recent proposal as to how the NZ government interprets its relations with the Maori.

Haka has other purposes too.

I'm just pointing to the way haka is performed rather than why. Imagine performing at a level where instead of being laughed at it has the opposite effect

For them it's Haka, So for me it could be something else. Something that can give you a boost when you are in a pinch.
Maybe I need to talk to myself and get a better evaluation about what could work for me.

Whether haka can be performed solitary or in a group? I don't know the answer. It seems to derive power from the collective
