Finally secured all parts for PC but need help with assembling?

I have Windows Installed already on the SSD by the guy whom I bought it from so it's a start already. Also he mentioned while packaging, he didn't wanted to try removing the SSD and the CPU from the Mobo so half work is done I guess.
BTW, I didn't understand what benefit of using only LAN for few days before PciE card ?

+1. This is the way. Do not screw in that mobo atleast till all components are installed. It's much easier to install components when the mobo is outside. Experienced folks would jump the start pins to test it while it is outside the cabinet. Since OP is started, better to assemble, install mobs in the cabinet, connect all power and front panel connections and then test.
Hard pass on using OS installed by someone else. I would always wipe it clean and install my own copy. Never know what malware would be lurking (intentional or unintentional). You better check with this guy what kind of thermal paste is used and how he applied.
As already mentioned by @desiibond, it is really not recommended to use that. You never know the source of ISO which he used to install windows, what all is installed. I wouldn't touch that.
Download the latest Windows ISO from MS official website, create your own boot media and install windows.
if you have installed the windows from a shop guy 90% chances are its outdated version cracked and with lots of garbage you do not so first put your system together than make a bootable usb with latest iso and in installing if you donot have any data on ssd then delete all ssd partition and create new partition according to your choice for windows usually 200 GB is enough.
Use LAN if it is nearby to your PC because it is most stable and fast connection wifi cannot compete with it. If you need wifi for other reason you can have it

He is not a local shop person, he is also a gamer just like me from other platform but not from my city. He ran with a Power shell script he said like the OEM keys which we usually get in hardware markets. Nonetheless, I will get the OS re-installed. Thanks for the heads up.

He's probably talking about massgrave scripts. It's really simple to do it yourself. I've done it for countless other friends as well. But regardless reinstall the os, and then google massgrave windows activation or massgrave.dev
Don't want to give specific instructions as it's best you learn stuff like this yourself and know that it's nothing to be afraid of.

Long answer to that question @vink . First I wanted to get a Zotac Geforce 3060 from my cousin for a 1080p build within budget of 60k in total but it was an RMA card.. Later found a PC hardware server in Discord where someone was selling 3060ti for 19k with warranty till Feb 2025 only, kept that on hold thinking to go for 1440p build with little push on the budget . Many from the forum and Discord suggested that now a days games are demanding more VRAM than usual so go for a 12GB VRAM which would be best fit. So I started looking for 6700xt as equivalent cuz it has 12 GB VRAM but in second markets it was quoted as high as 18k+ and little to no warranty. Found a guy selling the same even in Olx but no warranty as well, even tried looking 7700xt but people made fun like "Do you really think to find a Current gen CPU with warranty? " . Got almost duped by a Fraud from Olx saying he owns a Computer hardware shop in Kolkata (caught him red handed when I called the Google address and they said its not them lol ).
I was even looking for Amd Ryzen 5 7600 as it has a CPU cooler with it so to save something on budget. But after giving some time searching on FB marketplace,Whatsapp groups etc, found a person finally on Olx from Blore selling his entire rig with the specs I mentioned. It was a Ryzen 7600x (better than what I was looking for ) with 7700xt 12gb VRAM OC edition. He wanted to get into Switch gaming and was super comfortable to share all details and all and luckily the rig was just built in July 2024 only. Got the quote from him as 67k in total without the 1500va UPS, KBM and HAF EVO Lan Box Case.
Got all the Serial numbers verified against the warranty, and got the Invoices checked as well. Sent over my Cousin who lives in Blore to verify everything is same in person and made him do the CPU and GPU Stress tests and made the payment finally. Now just waiting for the parts to arrive through his friend who coming in Train to Hyderabad on 17th.
