How to check status of FastTag ?

I have a SBI FastTag which came with the car 6 years ago.
Never used and IIRC never recharged.
I don't remember how to check balance or status/active /inactive etc.

I have to go out station urgently.

What is the best option ?
Can it be activated ? How ?
Heard only one FT allowed per car, does that mean I can't get a new one ?
Even if want to get a new one, how to get sticker instantly ?
 
You can just enter your car's registration number on Phonepe, Gpay etc and check the balance. Top it up if required. Fastag balance doesn't expire.
 
You can check your FasTag status here. IIRC tags have a validity of 5 years. Yours might have expired.

In your situation, you should be able to get a new FasTag issued from your existing Bank or a new one. The old FasTag should get deactivated automatically (If it has not already expired).
