Purchased this from a reputed forum member here, the keyboard key malfunctioned and then i called HP and registered the product.
RMAed it for keyboard malfunction, and HP replaced the keyboard at home without any charges.

Looks more of a 4-4.5/5 condition in pics. Is there anything else wrong with this laptop which you may have missed?
 
Hi, this model was launched in 2019 and would not be in warranty by now. How were you then able to get the HP service and get the keyboard replaced without paying any charges ? Thanks!
 
Well I just registered the product with serial number on HP site.

And called them to get the warranty details.. they confirmed the warranty and also showing on their website
If I don't get buyer in few days... I will remove it from sale and keep it ...

Doesn't matter when the model was launched, it matters when the retailer sold the laptop, as that's when the warranty starts. As long he has the invoice, it should be fine.
