Hey guys,

I am considering purchasing a 3D printer as a first-time buyer. My goal is to work on some larger-scale projects, so I am seeking a printer with the largest possible build volume within a budget of 25k.

Looking forward to receiving valuable recommendations from the community.

as a first time buyer who is just starting, buy a Bambu A1 and be done with it.
I have spent a lot of time on the more DIY style machines from Creality etc - and while they are quite good for what they are but they are a time sink,

In 3d printing , there are a lot of variables and the impact of those variables isn;t immediately obvious as 3d printing is intrinsically a slow process.
That can make the whole trial & error process frustratingly cumbersome.
If you enjoy continous tinkering and have a fair bit of patience, the ender v3 is all you need

I too might have thoroughly enjoyed the tinkering process when I was younger and had plenty of free time.
However I recently replaced my Creality with a Bambu A1 mini and couldn’t be happier since it automates almost all of the cumbersome tasks including calibration, flow rate analysis and bed levelling.

What max print volume are you looking for ?
As much as possible, I have a project ready in FreeCAD with a build volume of 650x170. I understand that finding a printer capable of handling such dimensions within this budget is unlikely. However, I am comfortable splitting the parts but would prefer to divide them into as few pieces as possible to maintain structural integrity.
