Is it worth it for 70k?
Want to change 3700x for 5700x3d
I estimated around 60-65k as second hand price for all components in good condition
Will mostly play competitive FPS
as my 1650 laptop is lagging after 4 years

Looks like a bad deal, tbh. A used 2070 mini at a 70K price point?

You could get a new build with better performance as well as the 5700X3D at a very nice price of 69,069 -

absolutely not worth it man, you have way better options at that price range.

Increase budget by 10k & get a R5 5600 + 7700XT new rig for 80k:

64GB RAM is useless for gaming. 2070 performs similar to or inferior to 3060 12GB. The above rig will provide 100+ fps even on the latest Call of Duty games for some time. If you want something better, can add 5700X3D now or later (that mobo is good enough to handle 5700X3D unlike cheaper mobos with inferior VRM). If you have budget constraints, consider a used 3060Ti for 16-17k (it outperforms 4060 by a decent margin & is just 10% inferior to 4060Ti for reference).

Nah man, absolute garbage deal. Don't fall for the MOAR RAM BETTER PERFORMANCE shtick. @OMEGA44-XT 's build makes much more sense.

Used GPUs will be your best friend. Heck, you can even snag a 6700XT for around 17-19k + upgrade to a 5700X3D.

I forgot about 6700XT - it is rare in used market but definitely a better pick over 3060Ti. RT is not useful at this performance class & DLSS at 1080p is not worth it as render resolution below 1080p is not good for desktop gaming at say 24" monitor size. So similar raw performance with extra VRAM helps a lot even for 1080p gaming.

For used GPU, maybe better to consider i5 12400 based rig for the iGPU as desktop will at least run w/o a dGPU unlike R5 5600. Or build R5 7600 rig if you have the money.
