CPU/Mobo 32bit windows 10/8/7 setup

I am looking for some help building, buying specific 32bit windows setup. Do you think refurbished mini pc will work? what is the best way to get a win 10 32bit os running?
 
You can install 32bit OS in practically any 64bit computer.
Just download and install the corresponding x86 variant of the OS.
Get ready to be limited to 3.2gb of RAM irrespective if you have even 32gb ram installed.

Yes. Mini PC will definitely work. Don't go less that i3 8th gen.

You can buy you won't find drivers for many hardwares.

The best way is probably installing it alongside a 64 bit OS and boot into it when necessary, or just run it in a VM (easiest)
 
i can't update the post but i downloaded the wrong version of java so it was not working with my win 11. it is fixed so 32bit setup is no longer needed.
