Monitors Acer Monitor service issues

This one looks really good as per the CPU point of view.
But still I somewhat unsure about proceeding with Acer, as 2 of my acer monitors have gone bad under the warranty period, and their aftersale service isnt having the monitor repaired / replaced.
The service center guy visits my home, checks the screen, says "It is a minor issue, use it as it is. No replacement for you"

Acer VG240YS : Bought brand new from Amazon
Nearly 1.5 year after use, the bottom most part of the screen got a black line, which on longer sessions would get to 3 lines. Pixels would get stuck under that region, it randomly would glow too bright. And one day the entire panel got f*ed up by glitch lines, image froze, while other screen was working all good.
This is the one on which they are creating drama on the warranty claim.

Other one : Acer VG240Ym3 : Bought used, 1yr warranty left
Exactly the day warranty ended, the display started going off and on randomly. Happens once in a week, but is too annoying as it knows exactly when I am doing smth important and urgent, and it finds the best time to mess with my brain!!!
