Other Is it possible to buy replacement parts directly from Xiaomi?

My Redmi Note 10 Lite (Note 9 Pro) 's battery is busted, I think the BMS went bad but the cells are good.
But the problem is the back glass panel is cracked as well and the service center is quoting about Rs.1400 for the glass and Rs.800 for the battery.

I usually buy back-panel replacement for Rs.100 from Kolkata Fancy Market but I'm now in Jaipur and have no information on local repair shops.

Someone on a LG V30 post suggested maxbhi but I'm skeptical of authenticity of the battery.
I just need the battery to be genuine, is there any way I can get one?

Maxbhi battery: For my Redmi Note 6 Pro, I bought batteries two times from Maxbhi as was not available with service center and both times it swollen within 3 months.

Yesterday I changed my mobile battery. Phone is realme 9 SE.

The battery I got is from brand Walta.
Backup is really good. And charges fast like normally with original battery. I am impressed by it. Long term usage will take time to know.

I have heard Mobilla brand is also good.

Try contacting iserviceindia.in via whatsapp or call for the brand type they have for you.

Edit: my original battery got swollen after 2 years

Update [Helpful info I guess]:

Went to Xiaomi service center expecting to pay a lot for broken back panel and the dead battery.
They informed that the back panel was not in stock and suggested me to bring one myself.
So I got a spare back panel from local market and got the phone fixed.

Battery was 699
Back panel adhesive was 99
Service charge 350
Tax 18%
Total: 1354

I'm not sure if this will work for all but try asking the official service centers if they can use 3rd party body parts on your broken devices if those parts are not available officially.
