You can go for Intel 12400F and club it with any H610 motherboard along with DDR 4 ram. You should be able to use your existing GPU with the same. Total cost would come around 20k which included MB + Process and 16 gig Ram all new.

Processor : Intel i5-12400F 4.4 GHz Upto 4.4 GHz LGA1700 Socket 6 Cores 12 Threads Desktop Processor - Rs 10900 can go cheaper with card discount

Motherboard : ASUS PRIME H610M-E D4 Motherboard - Rs 7090 can go cheaper with card discount on Amazon

RAM : Crucual 8 Gb DDR ; Rs 1700 only can go for 2 sticks if you have budget

I think going with MSI B760M Bomber Wifi DDR4 is the best & cheapest option which comes @ 11k

OP can go with MSI PRO H610M-S Wifi DDR4 @ 7.9k

If I'm correct they literally slapped a M.2 2230 NVMe WIFI module on the normal non-WIFI variant of this motherboard and called it "WIFI" (you can see it in the product pictures). You aren't getting a integrated WIFI module with dedicated antenna with this one as one would assume when they see "WIFI" on the product name. I'm pretty sure the WIFI will perform worse than the ones with dedicated antenna(s).
Even if we ignore what I said above it will still be cheaper to buy them separately. usb option 1 | usb option 2
