Yes, saw that! Hope intel markets stays and flourishes. And compete with Nvidia.

Even the entry level are expected to hold water. Finally happy to see some competition. Well even intel had the monopoly in cpu market, hope this doesn’t happen to gpus anytime soon. Amd is changing there gpu branding similar to nvidia! If you have heard…. 90 series finally some sensible decision. I think we are going to a more budget friendly market rather than one that rips off customers.

I feel that this will not be for us desktop users.. a base B580 itself is already hard to find at MSRP, constantly going out of stock and being scalped. 24GB on it is most likely for the data center market first so I doubt it would end up in gamer hands.
Also given the recent discovery about the cpu overhead issue in hindsight this might not be that big of a deal as we had hoped.
