Graphic Cards Need Help With My Old Machine

Hello Guys,
I need some help with my old pc which is Intel Core i5-4590s, 12 GB RAM, 450 Watt Deepcool 80+ Bronze Psu.
My concern is which GPU will best for this system ? (Budget Max 9K)

Yeah 1060 would be a fairly decent option. I would also suggest you upgrade your CPU, if at all possible, as I feel the 4590s might bottleneck the 1060.

I had a Xeon E3-1230 v2 (equivalent to an i7 3770) and it bottlenecked my 1050 Ti quite a bit.

Depending on what you play + background apps the 4590 might choke before the gpu(any) becomes an issue. A used haswell i7 or xeon along with the budget gpus other suggested might let you play all esports titles easily.
For reference, I am running an i5-4670k with a 1080Ti and you can really feel the struggle in "modern" games from the limit of just 4c4t :eek:
 
Go for rx 580 for bigger vram and if you want to go the hackintosh way but imo if you are interested in gaming and ai then go with nvidia 1060/1660 etc else other models would be little costlier
