Best way to charge Electric Bike

My friend and I were having an argument about how much percent to charge the battery upto.
I say it should be upto 85% and only once a month to 100%, but he says it should be charged 100% everytime.

We searched online and there is conflicting information.
Which method will give us longer battery life?

You haven't mentioned which vehicles you own. Depends on the battery type - LFP or NMC or LTO and mode of charging and home kit type for your vehicle.

The battery used in TVS iQube is Lithium-ion with NMC (Nickel Magnesium Cobalt) Cell chemistry. It is always recommended to use a TVS recommended charger to ensure safety of your vehicle and maintain the warranty. It is safe, since the carry along charger that comes with an iQube has an inbuilt voltage fluctuation protection.

TVS iQube comes with a 650W off-board charger. It takes approximately 4 hours and 30 mins to charge from 0 to 80% with the standard 650 W charger. For 100% charge, it takes approximately 6 hours and 30 mins.
