I would suggest the odin project. Probably the best free web dev course. Even better than many paid courses, some say.

Just to add, do not fall into the "Tutorial Hell" and focus on building little functional projects when you got that level of skillset.
are you still in school / college? Then sign up for github's student program .
You will get 6 month access to frontendmasters which is a very good resource for learning web dev . I would start by following one of the learning paths on their site
