90K+ Gaming PC for a friend (Budget 1.8L-2.0L for the tower)

GPU: Ideally 4070Ti/Super.

Please suggest parts (New only) for 1440p-4K gaming (Both multi-player and single-player games).

Looking to purchase this week. Thanks in advance!
 

I'm assuming this is for gaming purposes.

20k left for a case and storage of your choosing.

Some parts are available for cheaper locally.. for eg my local dealer still has a few peices of the ASUS 7900 XTX available for 89.5k and amazon has the 9800X3d for 45000 after card discounts. (savings of 4-5k)

Can also go for the Deepcool AG620 cooler and save money over there aswell. (savings of 4-5k again)

I added the 7900XTX because the 4070 ti super at 80-90kish makes no sense because u can basically get a 7900XTX which is better in raster performance compared to the 4080 super and if you add a mild OC.. maybe within 5% of the 5080.

I dont think 7900XTX's are going to be available for much longer at these prices.
