Review Vishalperipherals.com is a LEGIT website?

Vishal Peripherals is a legit brick & mortar store in CTC,Secunderabad but I never ordered from them. I only went to their store & bought items.

Hmm.. I have also ordered from them as recently as a CPU few months back. I did contact them to check if they have it in stock and then ordered. They delivered it pretty fast.

It is present in Nvidia official website (https://www.nvidia.com/en-in/geforce/graphics-cards/40-series/rtx-4090/#wtb), so I think it is legit

Tell him if they cannot commit on when they can ship, then cancel the order. The most likely reason for stalling is that the item is not in stock. Also why was this posted under Reviews and Guides ? This ain't a review. @puns please help move this.

I also got it from pcpricetracker.in . But my experience is not good so far, also their sign up mail came to spam folder.. i think they should not be this careless, atleast they can update what is up or cancel/refund if they can not full fill orders..

These guys usually are offline store guys. Recently only they have opened online store I mean in 2023.

I've recently ordered 7800 xt from them. Read my experience at the end of this thread. Also as per my communications, they don't allow cancellations even if package is not delivered. You can search their reviews on indiangaming sub on reddit for more info.

If it says something in the lines of "you will have to wait for at least two weeks before asking for cancellation if product not shipped" then you can't do anything legally. Such website do have expected shipping time listed and if this one (I haven't checked myself) doesn't have then you should ask on Whatsapp or through other channel.

They are legit as per my experience. Went to almost all sites including computech and primeabgb. All other site listed the product but when i called to confirm, they said not available at all and they will remove the product from the site.

Now upon contacting Vishalperipherals, not only they had my preferred colour but packed the item like a tank.
However they do not pickup calls. I had to reach them via whatsapp. I did not receive any tracking info/ order update on mail nor on site even after 4-5 days of the order. I did multiple follow ups and came to know that the item was shipped the very next day of the purchase but they do not send you any email nor any courior notification.
In my case it was their local courier service. I requested to share receipt but even then i was unable to track it because there was no online/offline number for the courier to track/contact.
But one day my item arrived almost after 8-9 days and it was packed like a tank as i said. My item was worth 10k. They are slow but legit and packs the stuff extremely well as per my experience at least.

thanks for sharing, these kinds of experiences are very informative. like i was basically making a tier list this will come in handy for me
