Today I caught a Reddit Scammer

Hello,
Today I caught a Reddit Scammer.
Somebody posted in Indian gaming subreddit that he got scammed for Nioh 2 key which the scammer sold him for Rs.500.
In the above post after OP posted the scammers UPI details and his real name, I checked in Linkedin then posted where the scammer has studied.
Then another guy who got scammed for 4k immediately posted the above post
This guy was saying that he has chats saved with him that show the scammer saying that he likes when people loose money and later on threatened him also.
Before also this scammer sold many keys under 40 different reddit accounts and 6 steam accounts and GOG & Epic accounts All keys don't work at all.
The scammer is listed in list of reddit scammers but still he is cheating poor fellows by creating new accounts under different names.
The scammer studied in JNTU, Anantpur, AP but is likely staying in KPHB, Nijampet, Hyderabad, Telangana.
When I posted the scammers linkedin then everybody in the Indian gaming subreddit started posting scammers aadhar card, bank details, passbook numbers, father's name.
It became like floodgates opened all of a sudden.
But indiangaming subreddit MODS deleted the scammers photo by saying it's doxing & witch hunting. I want to inform our TE Members to be beware of this scammer lurking in our reddit.

I am an advocate by profession and I know where to look if nothing comes up in the search.
When I was a Junior Advocate in 2010 my office used to deal with big Industrial fraud cases. Now that office's senior is AP High Court Judge.

than can you open a case against IRCTC , how can the tatkal and premium tatkal tickets get swindled off in first 30 seconds

You need to file a writ petition in the state high court asking for explanation as to how tickets are being booked this fast or tickets are being swindled. So the court will order an enquiry if it deems fit that the explanation given by advocate general isn't satisfactory or else it will quash the petition.

You can also file a PIL (public interest litigation) on behalf of the people of India. You will plead in the PIL that by keeping the peoples or societys interest at large and including you has been affected by indifference netted by Indian Railways Authority in booking of tatkal tickets so swiftly that you are put at a disadvantage of using the service which is nullifying its purpose.

You can even put these exact words typed in a legal paper and send it via a registered post with acknowledgement addressed to the CJ of the state high court and they will take the case if they deem it to be affecting people and will send a notice to you to attend the next proceedings.
