Monitors Monitor suggestions needed

I've been using an LG 24-inch monitor for the past eight years, but it's now showing several issues, including a blinking screen and unresponsive menu buttons. I had it repaired a few years ago, but the problems have resurfaced.

Since my primary use is video editing, I would prefer an editing-specific monitor. However, my current budget doesn't allow for a that option. I'm looking for a reasonably good monitor under ₹8,000 that offers good color reproduction without oversaturation. Any recommendations. And how much response time ideally it should have

Acer VG240Y M3 costs 8k intermittently before card discounts, grab it if you see it in stock. Using its older model myself, panel is better in terms of colours & contrast over other cheaper 24" IPS.
