Here are the ones that stayed with me in no particular order (not an exhaustive list):
Dragon Age: Origins (PC). All subsequent DA games cannot hold a candle to the original masterpiece. Sunk many hundreds of hours into this.
Resident Evil 4 (original and remake). I've played the original RE4 multiple times across the PS2, GameCube & PC. The remake was a brilliant ode to a brilliant game. I should probably get started on another run..
Last of Us (PC). So immersive, so good. Can't wait to play the sequel.
Cold Fear (PS2 & PC). I remember sitting with my cousin as he played through this game on the PS2 and enjoying every minute of it. I developed the testicular fortitude to play this on the PC a few years later. An underrated gem of a game.
Def Jam: Fight for NY (PS2). So many good memories. So many great songs.
Days Gone (PC). I love me a zombie apocalypse.
Max Payne 3 (PC). This was the first Max Payne game I played (yea, yea). I had a reawakening during the COVID pandemic playing this at barely 20 FPS on a Thinkpad with a GT 540M. A personal hardware and PC building renaissance ensued. Sick game.
