Hey, nice to see you here. Maybe you can start by making a separate dedicated thread on this forum if you are planning to take long term feedback and suggestions although I doubt there are many things left to work on seeing how well your website is performing outside of a few minor hit or misses.
Suggestion:
Show alternatives - Like a button or suggestion with pros and cons of selecting the alternative because every tech product is not the same. For example if we take motherboard it can suggest a different one with more M.2 slots or better VRMs while also mentioning cons for example less 2x RAM slots vs 4x if there are any.
This would come in a play where one liked the overall build but doesn't one like suggested component. Should not be hard to implement considering its all data based although the number of M.2 slots and such data will need to be parsed from somewhere and hope its correct (unless AI can do it automatically as well but I wouldn't want the data to be incorrect as that can bring problems, then again I got no clue about coding or AI).
Needs to have a separate slider for how aggressively you want to have RGB rainbow vomit PC or a purely performance oriented build. Also a button for no RGB at all.
Add suggestions for accessories like additional fans (will have to look for how many extra fans can be installed or put disclaimer while suggesting extras to not install more than able to), WIFI support (sometimes its better to go for cheaper motherboard and add a WIFI module (either through M.2, PCIe or USB dongle) and thermal paste suggestions depending on budget. You might say your average joe doesn't need thermal paste as everything comes pre-thermal paste applied but if someone misses up installing their cooler they might need it.
Feedback: Talking about hit and miss earlier I noticed there is almost always one suggested component that looks like its not the ideal choice. For example when I asked for a 1.25L 1440p build and it suggested using Deepcool AK620 Digital Pro for a Ryzen 7600 processor. A 65W TDP processor doesn't need that beefy of an air cooler. Also someone planning to do 1440p gaming will have higher load on their GPU vs on CPU compared to 1080p (or lower res) gaming.
And it's not like the AI doesn't know about this issue. Look at what it says. It knows the cooler isn't necessary but still recommended it over other affordable coolers like Ant Esports ICE-C612 Digital RGB 120mm @2k INR or DEEPCOOL AG400 Digital 120mm @3.2k INR

I think it might be preferring this cooler due to it having ARGB (not gonna lie the cooler is very cool) but the saved money can be used to up one tier of GPU (not always) or add more storage (it only suggested 1TB of NVMe which I would not say is enough now a days, specially for a 1L+ build.
If you are talking about pcpricetracker.in (the website it links for the products suggested) then that's a separate website not affiliated with him. More stores can be integrated but you will need to message the owner and they might not add the store until they get more confirmations about its authenticity. Wait which website are you talking about?
