I have installed cs:go on my pc but it simply doesn't launch. I have all the required files.When i launch it ,the screen goes black and then the error appears.The error says that I need pixel shader 3.0. My pc specs are: CPU: Intel core2duo 2.93 Ghz GPU: 256 mb Intel integrated graphics. RAM: 3 gb.

So is motherboard upgrade is required for graphic card upgrade? I have intergrated graphics currently.
