If you are using ddr3 ram go for mobos with the 785g chipset which are am3 ready. it is very reasonable and the low end ones are for 4500 if im not wrong, pop in a phenom 2 x4 955 and your good to go. also you can crossfire the onboard radeon 4200 with radeon 4650 which will give decent graphic...
