    In addition to fog, condensation there is some kind of residue, stains on the windshield (outer) which doesn't go away with wiper or manual cleaning with cloth etc, appears when wet and diffuses stoplight and headlight of vehicles. Noticed during rains and its severe during night.

    Got a new LAN cable, now the wired connection works wihtout any problem. But Wi-Fi drop problem persists. Suggested trouble shooting is pending, will see.

    yeah, I recall doing this back in mtnl days. will try. HP pathetic i3, 8 years old, using as secondary machine for email etc, remains on for 12+ hrs. last resort it doesn't qualify for w11 upgrade and its old so wont be doing any hardware repair etc. will do.
