Brave iirc plans to integrate ad blocking extensions in the browser itself, thus eliminating the need for an extension at all, not sure how much progress they have made towards that but if it works fine, then Brave is a viable alternative, but me personally I would prefer the extension itself...

monitor model? HDR on Windows is pretty much a miss, I wont recommend it to anyone unless you temporarily turn it on for games/movies

unless you are willing to go back to 2010-levels of convenience privacy is indeed a myth, a lot of peeps on reddit who'll chest thump about something like Apple ecosystem, Google etc are the same ones who cry about privacy, not realizing all of these features that they are crowing about indeed...
