He cant claim GST on the invoice. The seller (the guy who sold YOU the Motherboard) will spot a mismatch and no one would be able to claim GST again on same bill. You have absolutely NO reason to NOT provide him the invoice. You should have mentioned "Bill not available" while creating the sale...

Seller should refund his some money. Its not buyers fault at all. Its so unethical to NOT provide the invoice AFTER you have taken the payment. The seller did write "Invoice available - Yes" in his post, right ?

If I buy a phone worth 80k, Its 68k + 12k tax for me. I can sell it for 75k the very next day and it would be 7k profit for me. People do it a lot. Edit : Seller is at fault here and pulling off a dick move by not providing the invoice.
