Most definitely, even if you dont change your GPU, your system will be extremely snappy, would definitely recommend making the upgrade for the next 3 years minimum.

What do you intend to use this kit for? Dont you want lower temps with the newer bios? Why do you need a 120Hz desktop sire? @The_King how did you update the bios, in steps as someone suggested?
