One x fan is normally very quiet, quiet fan was one of the reasons why one x was admired over pro. Problem with one X is 30fps. Even if it runs some games at 60, you will still see drops. This is where series consoles are a huge improvement and come closer to pc in terms of value imo.

Xbox one X has very high prevelance of a hdmi port issue. Check it out In Google. 15k is a good price for x but I'd still save up for series s, unless you are ready to risk it.

Save up and get a one X or series S. The worst parts about the S are UI lag, extremely bad resolution and frequent FPS drops. Fallen order was unplayable, it used to stutter in the first level itself.

Just advice from my experience last year, avoid the one S like the plague. It was pathetic, pixelated and slow, unless you want to play Xbox 360 games that is. Fallen Order played like a ps2 game.
