I don't know about single license but for normal pro versions I was able to use a windows 7 professional license with the anniversary version directly.

Windows 10 SL or Windows 8 SL can be downloaded with their online tool. For the all in one Windows 10 iso you can just use direct downloads.

1st and 3rd should work AFAIK
