strange usually it shows up in the same section. Maybe that service is not availbile in your location. As i got my tv fixed by them.

At least they are wanting to send it by delivery date, for me they delivery time was 2 to 4 business hours and max 1 day. Yet both times they didnt even dispatch the item and cancelled after multiple follow up for 2 days. I have basic prime membership for shopping.

Use urban company , book their technician to service and check, they should be able to fix it in 50% less than what is being quoted, can be cheaper too if some component change on the PSB is replaceable and it fixes the issue.

Well i would recommend do a fresh install of 24H2, as if you update it will bloat the windows space and slow it down. I am using 24H2 and its working fine, i am using the moded version details for which were shared on another thread on TE itself.

This same adapter will working in X4 slot also, try the same and test it, should work as x16 works in all the slots.

Do you have both the units connected seprately via ethernet, or its via wireless backhaul, where main router is via ethernet and other via wireless. Also if its via wireless backhaul what are the speeds you get on the satelite when compared to the main router which is connected via ethernet.
