Sometimes I see this issue occur to me too ... one inference i made was windows is downloading an update. Because a couple times after the slow, next restart had an update installation. With nothing running the disk usage goes to 100% with System or svc_host using like 0.6MBps or 0.5 MBps...

Since the game is still in EA, they might add one by the full release time.

Everything is down to minimum. i7 2600k with gtx770 2GB. Beta ran fine, but particle effects in most of the MP maps make it unplayable.

MP doesn't run on my machine (too laggy) ... :arghh: ... seems like i bought it just for SP :banghead:

I tried it today. Played it through half way. Came back and tried and had to start from the beginning again. Seems like there is no save option. Ran pretty smooth on my machine too (i7 - 2600k 8GB, GTX770 2G) Graphics was also pretty nice. Gunplay was smooth and felt nice. Played about 1 hour...

One important thing to also consider is Xbox exclusives are currently also available in windows store. PS4 is not so. Also the cost of xlive / PSN if you are planning it for online gaming mainly.

They have been hyping this game for a while. Didnt give it much of a thought, esp after the direction change in the initial days itself. Will wait for a few reviews and then consider.
