Looks like the screen protruding out of the frame. That qualifies for a replacement. Speak to their cs and try to get the replacement approved without the need of a technician visit. Even if a visit is required, he can't deny it's faulty. So, don't worry.

@becool773 The auto option which is the recommended one looks best to me. Standard is terrible as it makes the whites yellowish. Saturated is not preferred. Also, there was an ota update on first boot. Hope you've done that. A replacement would not hurt, give it a try
