GB is not necessary unless other wise it offers so much improvement over Froyo. But then again , call recording is an added perk more than anything. @bigbyte, in case of Froyo which would u suggest?

Guys whats the best ROM for Captivate? need decent battery life, dependable stability, call recording abilities is a plus. I can choose one for Vibrant but captivate is not my forte. any help is appreciated.

^^That . 7xxx is not going to be cheap, atleast not as cheap as we want it to be. a 7770/7850 is feasible withing the 15k range, the 7870 will cost more than 15k. The 7950/7970 will be around 20-26k. Atleast thats my guestimate. And if iam wrong, i'd be the happiest person on the planet. :)

You might get a 7770/7850 for that price. Even these will be 25-35% powerful than current gen cards. If you play under full HD resolution you are all set to have a blast.

Arun, that price is only if u bundle it with the PSU's he mentioned. If u are getting it alone it would cost around 100 ringgits more. U can pm him regarding this, hell tell u the same. Try Galaxy 580 thats available for 1100RM.

^^ u wont mate, android for hptp is imminent and even without it its a real good device, beats the hell out of every tab available here of indian make [read chinese rebranded indian tabs]. So go for it. If u wait out u "might" get it for lesser but thats only if u like playing Russian roulette.
