@the_beginner As mentioned by @Afrin101, a regional SIM should be enough to force the effective CSC to change on a multi-CSC firmware. You should eventually be at software version G988BXXSFFVIB, which is the latest One UI 4.1 based release for this device with the September October 2022 patches.
