i have almost same hp 600 g1 sff with gtx 750 in it. its been working fine since last year. you have to buy a low profile card with max 75w power consumption to fit in the cabinet. also its better to keep the side panel open when gaming or heavy gpu tasks. post power supply pics if possible...

one guy is selling e3 1275v3 on erodov. e3 1275v3 is server variant of i7 4770 and also has igpu. i7 level processor will make huge difference if you are buying a card like gtx 1060.

afaik, the motherboard automatically chooses loose timings .. so all sticks might run at CL6 but there is another possibility too .. since OCZs are 1066 Mhz CL6 , they might run at 800 Mhz CL5 i have KHX6400D2LLK2\4G CL4 as well .. these will run at CL5 when paired with CL5 RAM sticks.
