What I do is keep 1 main profile, rest for email related work (Gmail accounts) I keep separate profiles. It takes like 5 seconds to open a profile, and you can keep multiple profiles open at the same time. Chrome profiles getting logged out is weird, I never faced that.

As already mentioned by @desiibond, it is really not recommended to use that. You never know the source of ISO which he used to install windows, what all is installed. I wouldn't touch that. Download the latest Windows ISO from MS official website, create your own boot media and install windows.

I find it easier to build everything outside (I usually keep the mobo on its cardboard box and build there) and do a test run. If something is not working, it is easier to troubleshoot there, but I feel it is more of a personal preference.
