Were you getting full 100Mbps on LAN devices before the upgrade? If yes, were you able to get full 100Mbps on mobile phones when connected to C80 before the plan upgrade or was it more like 70-75Mbps max?

What are your internet plan speeds (before and after)? Is the 5GHz band not being used / disabled on the primary router (C80)? You're using C7 as just an AP, right?
