    RTM---Release to Manufacturing. RTM is the final released product and not a beta. Difference between RTM and Retail version is as good as none except for few additional drivers in retail thats it. BTW, Faheem what version u got activated?? I mean Ultimate/Business?

    ^^^No upgrade can be done on any copy of XP(even non-genuine) or u can even clean install vista without entering any key first, do not activate and reinstall vista over it again with the key and then activate! Oops I just gave out the secret of clean install using upgrade copy! :P
