Budget 10k max 11k for gfx card, so gng or GTX 460 and not the 5xx series. Gaming reso 1280*1024 max.

My monitor is samsung syncmaster 740N n its just 17'' so max 1280*1024.

Get a HD5670 or a nvidia GTS 450. the GTS 450 wud cost you arnd 6.5k and get corsair/FSP/ cooler master 400-500W PSU which will be under 3k. Shud fit within 10k and also save on some cash. :)
