News Nvidia DLSS4, MFG, and full ray tracing tested on RTX 5090 and RTX 5080

In an ideal world, all three companies would offer plenty of VRAM, perfect software implementations, and great pricing. Ideally, a card would have 50xx-series software and features, including DLSS, CUDA, Intel's encoder/decoders, and an additional 4-8GB of VRAM depending on the model. However...

News AMD Radeon 9000 series officially announced to go on sale in March 2025

Going by past releases, will it launch insanely over priced in India yet again? 9070xt seems like a killer card if its cheaper than a 5070, however knowing AMD pricing it will turn out 10k more expensive than a 5070 even if its cheaper everywhere else early on. Sad state.

News Nvidia DLSS4, MFG, and full ray tracing tested on RTX 5090 and RTX 5080

Even after all this, somehow the 3080 outperforms 6800xt to this day on 4k. 8GB cards are definitely not feasible anymore but 10 and up still seem fine with a few exceptions. Obviously you wont be maxing out all settings with a 3080 in the first place in 4k, you'd want to run optimized settings...

    5800x3D as Replacement for 5600x?

X3D chips are very good for a certain subset of games but are just decent on others. If you dont play the type of games which involve lots of units/particle effects on screen at once/ MMOs, I'd highly suggest going with am5 and grabbing a 9600x or a 7600 instead.

CPU/Mobo Can this motherboard keep up with R9 5900x

I would try to stay with 5600 as long as possible. Before you upgrade to a 5900x, do check out am5 options too. If the price difference is within 10-20k of a relatively newer 8 core+ am5 cpu you would want to go am5 instead and sell old parts.

    PS5 controllers stick drift

I think gameloot also offers service for controllers with stick drift, maybe others who have used it can chime in on their service.

Best game that you played in 2024

Bit dated but I played through monster hunter world again for the first time last year, was so damn good. For 2024 relevance its gotta be path of exile 2, they cooked with the early and mid game but endgame needs more work which is fair considering its the first iteration of early access.

0-20k SFF/smaller than usual pc case need advice

I really love the ch160 especially with its carry handle lol. Sadly it needs a mitx mobo like John said and that kinda kills off any savings to be had going with the case. I'm looking for a mAtx mobo compatible case which would also fit ATX PSUs and a 5070. I dont mind paying up to 12k if the...

0-20k SFF/smaller than usual pc case need advice

Looks awesome. Is there a slot for fans under the GPU or is it not needed? I guess optimal setup would be 1 fan at the front and 1 at the back?

What are some affordable Controllers that work on PS5 and PC both ?

The haptics are just too good to give up with a third party controller. I'd stick with dualsense as well.

News NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Is 2x Faster Than 4080 At $999, RTX 5070 Ti 2x Faster Than 4070 Ti At $769, RTX 5070 Faster Than 4090 For $549

I'm taking a conservative estimate of 10% faster than 4070 super. So roughly around 50-60% faster. How much will it cost though with all the scalpers we will have to see... VRAM issue overrated for the types of games I play, I really dont see this gen crossing over 16gb at 1440p unless you...

    Guide Upgradation help

Those website calculators are quite bad at real world benchmarks. A 3600 is going to be better CPU wise than a 4600g, AMD has confusing naming schemes. The 4600g is mostly for igpu which you dont need since you have a 560. A 3600 is roughly i5-10400 level, quite a big upgrade from an i3-7100...

0-20k SFF/smaller than usual pc case need advice

Hey guys, have been out of the PC building game for years now. My last PC case was a gigantic matrexx 55 mesh. Looking forward to making a new PC build with something smaller in mind while still having compatibility with atx PSUs and being able to potentially fit in a 5070 with an air cooled...
