Man this sucks. Will have to put a hold on the Z tablet buying fantasy as the device is simply over priced and not available at the same time (at least not the model we want). The tablet is good? Yes. Would I pay 44k for that junk? No way!

Can we get back to the issue at hand? The OCTA CORE Indian Galaxy S4 has a far poorer battery life than the Snapdragon 600 version. Man I wish they'd launched the S600 version here too EDIT How's this deal? Galaxy S4 for 38,900 (shipping free)...

44.5k is for LTE version. Wi-Fi versions come later, and cheaper.

Wait until next week. 4G model listed in India, certainly not intended for the Indian market (or maybe so at exhoribantly high prices). I guess next week we might see shops listing it for order/pre-order
