We all do that! If its hurting you, do try for a full refund. If they don't respond, posting on their Twiiter/Facebook page should help. I've seen these buggers usually fall in line once things start coming in the open.

I once ordered a toolkit form them, it arrived late & the plastic box was shattered. It was a low price item so I did not take the hassle of Return/refund but decided never to buy from them again.
