IMO, Coolermaster has replaced their OEM since the Extreme Power days. Not read much about their Thunder series but it doesn't mean its a bad PSU. Specs match that of the Corsair CX500 down to everything so it should be OK.

@Metalspree - Yeah they are both source and tip dependent. I used them on Sony hybrids and they sounded pretty poor till I changed the tips to the normal small ones and the sound became better. Never seen such a difference in tip performance before. :p

Damn ! The price is 499 now ? Bought it during the buy one get one free offer in Dec. Still got to use it for 5 months so I shouldn't complain. I dunno why people find it useless without data as I found the maps very useful on the road where no network was available.
