You can just claim Dead on Arrival and arrange for a new phone. Ask your local dealer, he may be able to arrange a replacement. You don't need to sell it at a loss... I claimed DOD on my Nokia E72, after 2 days, Since one of the Key on the Nokia Phone was a bit harder to press then the others.
