Asianet Dataline is a good option, though a bit on the expensive side.. Its reliable and keeps the promised speeds at all times..

Finally found the source of not getting the ping issue. My ISP (Asianet Dataline) is blocking the pings to external networks. Confirmed the same with their CC. Any workarounds??

Tried on IE, Firefox & Opera.. Same results.. Tried Ctrl+F5 also..
