If ROM comes from Spice you don't need to flash your device, just need to update it and by the way ROM is Software part which will not affect you hardware until you play with Hardware. So don't worry about warranty and other thing. If you take back up and then Flash your device, and again use...

File is not corrupted but it is not possible to switch from Cherry to CSL..... So you have to flash it initially and then install the new firmware.nb0. I also faced the same problem, then tried in this way and I able to install CSL ROM....

@ Cloud S : dude go for Spice MI 270...... Some more buck than 5 K and you will get Android mobile..... which verymuch better than Micromax Andro.....

@warewolf4586 Screen quality is awesome.... even in Sunlight visibility is great (on highest brightness mode). Tilting and angle will not affect visibility..... About battery backup it last for a day and about updates you can see then within a months, as its in some of the community...

Today only Upgraded to Cherry mobiles 2.3.4 GB. Some visible differences observe...... 1. didn't get hot while charging 2. Nice visibility, smoothness 3. till now seems that, it is drawing battery very fast (faster than fryo :( ) 4. some time got hang for some seconds (don't know why?????)...
