The boot menu wont be displayed if you dont change the Boot Timeout ... You should change the Timeout value in Bootloader section to say 5 to let the Boot menu display for 5 seconds before it boots the default entry .. Btw .. This is a good link to visit if you wanna edit your Boot.ini file...
