what do you mean by desktop? every application will run iGPU once you select it, then DGPU usage will go down to 0. thats the point right ? it will always consume the minimum power so long as its connected to power. that cant be changed i think.

right now you have 5800x which doesnt come with iGPU thats why it shows 3080 in power saver mode. i have i5 12400 model which has intel iGPU, so as per the photo u sent, in the power saver mode it shows intel hd graphics instead of my GPU.

well, my msi pro b660m-a wifi ddr4 has both wifi and bluetooh i got it for 14k new. but i guess ASUS one will have better sound system and better thermals.

i have a 12400 and i use MSI PRO b600m-a wifi DDR4. Works really well. whatever mobo you decide make sure it has good VRM heatsink thats very important.

you could also consider LG24GN600 i am using it right now its pretty decent. Do not take VA panel go for IPS only. google the model number to see specs, i got it offline for 13700 in feb 2023.
