depends on ur preference. If you like normal AA Alkaline batteries -- S2960 If u prefer Inbuilt battery (rechargeable) -- FZ35. Both have similar features. But i am using FZ35 since one year now, and its a good cam for its price. (around 13k or less).

if you are not willing to spend more in the board, no use getting a "k" processor or 1600 Mhz Memory. Moreover, if you are planning for a GPU like 7950, i would suggest to get a better ( read bigger) cabinet than Gamma. Antec 300, CM 690, Corsair Carbide 400R are a few good VFM options.
