BSNL EVDO - have some queries about speed and charges

I think it's because of BSNL tower settings as they focus more on providing download speed than upload speed. While using Airtel 3g I get upload speed worth more than 300kBps IIRC(& 450+KBps...

Unlocked SPC means that you can change settings in the device. For using your device with different network you have to configure device to adapt with different networks. DC Unlocker works for unlocking GSM based devices not CDMA ones. As I told u earlier that I have no idea about your device so...

BSNL EVDO - have some queries about speed and charges

SPC stands for Service Programming Code. Many ISPs lock their devices/modems with some codes so that they cant be used with another ISPs. You need to check whether you have SPC unlocked or not. If it's 000000(six zeros) then it's unlocked. I used DFS CDMA Tool to check for my device. Install DFS...

No, I'm not. There are many users I think because I get low speed these days. Probably, I can get around -30dBm during midnight.

Even IDM sometime shows exaggerate speeds. Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test is bad for wireless internet testing (as I felt till today). I found Internet Speed Test - Broadband, DSL Bandwidth Connection Check is better for testing wireless internet's accurate bandwidths.

BSNL EVDO - have some queries about speed and charges

I didn't post earlier because I felt that it was unnecessary. According to the screenshots of d/l and u/l below, we can see that it's not capped to 240kbps etc. I have uploaded many pics for error margin. Speedtest.net : IDM : AuditmyPC Speedtest :

BSNL EVDO - have some queries about speed and charges

I think upload speed on BSNL EVDO is not capped but there is something missing. IDK why cant we get full upload speed. I get 40kBps-70kBps(avg around 50kBps) upload speed with BSNL EVDO(with airtel 3g I get 200kBps+ or maybe more upload speed).
