Both. Applications are opening slowly and cpu consumption high too. All of the distros didnt report any need for extra drivers other than supplied with.

Check CPU temperatures. It might be getting overheated.

try removing the RAM and insert again after cleaning. Dust might cause this issue.

I always use *121# then option 5 to recharge 3g. Amount will be deducted from main balance. And use *123*83# or *123*11# or *129*08# to check remaining balance. Different codes for different plans.
